let it be me

As I walked along and ate my lime sherbet, I thought about how difficult it was to buy a nice, comfortable pair of heels. And the answer? VERY.
Went to Trish's house for Deepavali today, and the food was soo good! It was like, poppadum galore, I ate and ate and ate a lot of popaddum :D And we played Twister and I, Deborah Quek, the "supposedly" damn unfit one , WON, I won, lalala. But okay, than after lunch we tried to teach them how to play Taiti but Trish complained it was too complicated. They're science students you know, goodness.

Met up with The Family, and tried to go shoe-shopping, where I got my shoe shopping theory from but I did get a Fox hoodie, and FUNNY THING IS, all 3 of us got the same one, in diff colours, so TADAH, when I post picts from Japan, we're gonna be like models for Fox. And I wanted to get a skirt but its "too short". Rubbish.

I wanna watch the musical "Wicked"!! haha, I'm gonna grow up, earn lots of money and go to broadway so I can watch it :D Today was damn random, like, for example, after sending Dorea to Leon's house, we thought the sunset was really pretty and so we drove down to get the SLR to take pictures, than Hansolo and I talked about cats to cars to pervy guys and how hot chicks are god-given eye candy and how there's expensive women/cheap women, and how we set up a competition in which the first person to get attached would be given a treat to Jap food, and either way Hansolo pays and how we worry about not being able to get married.

(sunsets and skylights)

Like for one, I'm super scared of frogs and lizards and any other living thing that has beady eyes and just sits there and stares at you, but funny, I'm not afraid of snakes and tortoises. pfft. And, I think Gollum is FREAKING disgusting. especially when he does the "my precious" thing. Gross.

But i think babies are soo adorable. Take for example, Asher. There's just something about them that glows, and they're cute even when they cry. And according to Hansolo, we're biologically programmed to save and protect babies, thats why we feel that way. God wanted it like that. (pardon me for the blurry pictures, the mother took them)

Yvette said something intellectual. "Do you pick the options or do the options or do they pick you."
Sometimes I wish I could choose.

love,
deborah
